According to Notice of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on Relevant Issues concerning the adjustment of import duties on imported articles(Tax committee [2016] No. 2), the General Administration of customs decided to adjust the classification and tax rates of the People's Republic of China imported goods classification table(details please refer to Annex 1) and People's Republic of China imported items duty-paid price list(details please refer to Annex 2) which released in 2012 No. 15 announcement, the principle of classification and dutiable price determination remains the same, now be released, run since April 8, 2016.
